Rules for Construction

Wynstone requires builders and landscape contractors to keep in force the following insurance:

A policy naming the Wynstone Property Owners' Association (WPOA) as additional insured party, with comprehensive liability insurance and bodily injury and property damage limits of liability of no less than $2,000,000 in the aggregate, and $1,000,000 per occurrence. The comprehensive liability policy must include personal injury insurance protection, blanket contractual liability insurance protection, broad form property damage liability insurance protection and workman's compensation coverage per statute.

All policies shall be in form and shall be issued by companies reasonably satisfactory to WPOA and shall be maintained in full force and effect. Certificates shall be delivered to WPOA with premiums prepaid by contractor, and shall provide at least thirty (30) days notice of cancellation (ten (10) days notice in the event of cancellation for non-payment of premiums) and that copies of all notices from the insurer(s) to insured shall be sent to WPOA.

All renewal policies or certificates thereof, with premiums prepaid, shall be delivered to WPOA at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the old policies.
You cannot work in Wynstone without it.
