Procedures for Listings
1) The Listing Agent will provide the Wynstone Property Owners’ Association with a copy of the executed listing agreement.
2) Realtors need to escort all their clients to the property. The Listing Agent/Broker or the Corresponding Broker is required to stop at the Main Gate and show his/her business card or broker's license. The realtor is required to escort the prospective buyer in and out of the community. The agent may follow the prospective buyer in his/her own vehicle.
3) A copy of the Wynstone Property Owners’ Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) along with the Fees and Budget are available to prospective buyers for a fee of $50.00.
4) Architectural house plans cannot be loaned since they are originals. However, with permission from either the architect or existing homeowner, the Wynstone Property Owners’Association will have them re-produced for a fee. Request forms are available at the WPOA Office and must be submitted 48 hours in advance.
Any additions, modifications or remodeling to the exterior of a home including landscaping, require Architectural Review Committee approval. Please click here for the ARC Guidelines.
